Osteopathy Testimonials

Colm has been my osteopath for nearly ten years. I have a long term back condition and he is not only an excellent practitioner but also my preferred medical advisor. He has seen me through pregnancy and major surgery and has always been kind, honest and supportive. His knowledge is second-to-none and his passion for all things to do with osteopathy, and other treatments, is reassuring and fascinating. He goes out of his way to accommodate patients and takes time to explain things. I keep mobile by following an exercise programme, put together and regularly reviewed, by Colm - it also keeps costs down. The practice is clean, comfortable and has nearby parking, making visits easy and convenient. I trust Colm completely with my back care and after years of trying expensive and timely alternatives, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I have both required osteopathy over the past few years. We do not hesitate to use the services of Colm at B-proactive. His knowledge of sports injuries and rehabilitation is the main reason my husband went to him initially. Colm is a very professional practitioner yet he is easy to ask for advice and support. I trust him implicitly to relieve any pain and realign any areas. We both recommend him to anyone who requires osteopathic treatment, not only for the high level of service but also the friendly nature of the practice.

After just one course of treatment with Colm, I noticed a significant improvement - I felt lighter on my feet, more mobile and much more stable. I attend the practice now every 3 months for an MOT which works well!.

"As an international standard athlete at masters level I have found Paul Kents treatment invaluable in overcoming a back complaint at the beginning of the season. Also preventative massage and exercises have helped in the improved flexibility I now have in my back and hamstrings thus hopefully avoiding a re-occurance of this injury.
